Our Story
Tres Paraguas began with a place you don’t forget. On the shores of Bacalar, Mexico, three straw umbrellas stand quietly in the sand—offering shade, stillness, and a view that invites you to slow down. It’s where afternoons stretch into evenings, where conversations unfold naturally, and where a good agave spirit becomes part of the moment rather than the focus of it. That experience became the foundation of Tres Paraguas.

We set out to create a 100% agave spirit that could carry that same sense of ease and authenticity.
To do it right, we went to the Highlands of Jalisco and took the time to find partners who shared our respect for the craft. The result is a collaboration rooted in patience, tradition, and a belief that great spirits don’t need to be overcomplicated—they just need to be made well.

Our agave is carefully cultivated, harvested at maturity, and transformed using traditional methods that preserve its natural character. Every step is intentional, from cooking to fermentation to distillation, resulting in a spirit that is clean, expressive, and balanced.

Agave de la Highlands
At Tres Paraguas, we produce 100% agave spirits, meaning the flavor and character come entirely from the agave plant itself—nothing added, nothing blended.

Our collection focuses on two expressions: Blanco and Reposado.
Blanco is the purest expression—unaged and vibrant, with bright, fresh notes that highlight the natural character of Highland agave. Reposado is gently rested in oak barrels, where it develops a softer, more rounded profile with subtle depth, while still allowing the agave to remain at the center.

From the fields to the final pour, every decision is made to preserve clarity and balance. Highland-grown agave, traditional cooking methods, and careful distillation all contribute to a spirit that is both approachable and refined.

The result is a 100% agave spirit designed for versatility—equally at home in a cocktail or enjoyed slowly on its own.
